No. Many clients begin as complete beginners. Your programme is tailored to your level, equipment, and confidence — whether that’s a full gym or a few dumbbells at home.

You get a personalised training plan, nutrition guidance, weekly check-ins, form feedback, and ongoing support through Whatsapp or Discord app. Everything is structured so you always know exactly what to do and why.

7. What if I have injuries or limitations?

Your programme is adapted around any injuries, mobility issues, or confidence barriers. Everything is built to be safe, progressive, and achievable.

8. How do payments work?

Payments are taken monthly. There are no hidden fees, and you can cancel anytime with notice.

9. Will you help with nutrition as well as training?

Yes — you get evidence-based nutrition guidance tailored to your goals, preferences, and lifestyle. No restrictive diets or “clean eating” rules.
